How To Make Your Own Muk Yan Jong Wooden Dummy

This page is for martial arts practitioners that want to make their own Muk Yan Jong wooden dummy. I have provided links to plans I know of. Building a jong takes a little patience and a fair amount of effort, but it can be very rewarding to build your own training partner. There are a number of wooden dummy plans available online. If you know of any dummy plans I am missing, or would like to contribute, please leave a comment below so I can add them. In any case enjoy!

If you send me links to photos or videos of your project, I'd love to feature them here!
